General Guidelines

These are a few dos and don'ts applicable to all creative tools and resources. Then below, I have a few common sense guidelines for each category. Happy creating!!

• You can use the tools and resources for both personal as well as commercial projects both for yourself as well as on behalf of a client. 
• You can create both digital and physical items for sale, as long as they are a part of a new work and follow the common sense guidelines below.
• End products must not be used or sold in a way that is directly competitive with the original Item you purchased.
• You can't redistribute, sub-license, share or supply source files to a third party. 
• You can't claim copyright or trademark designs containing resources

Color Palette Collections

As TOOLS, these are one of the most versatile products with generous extended use! You can use these for your personal projects, client work, branding design, printables, templates, digital papers, etc. You can create physical items for sale such as mugs, t-shirts and posters. You can use these to create digital products such as illustrations, patterns and templates for sale! See below for a couple guidelines...

• Please don't ONLY paint a brush stroke and sell it as a clip art or as part of a clip art kit. The main value of this type of product is derived from both the brush as well as the color palette. I have items of this type available as well, so it would be creating a competing product.
• Please don't create a texture, background or pattern for sale ONLY by painting a SINGLE brush stroke. The same principle applies as the value of the product comes mainly from the brushes and colors, and not by your own unique skill or creativity. Combine at least 2 strokes and you're good!

Ready to Create Illustrations and Patterns

You can use these ready made assets for your personal projects, client work, branding design, printables, posters, etc. You can create physical items for sale such as mugs, t-shirts and posters. You can even use these to create digital items for sale as long as it's part of a new and original design! 

• The illustrations and patterns can be used in an item for sale where it is part of a new and original design. Please keep in mind that they not be used in a standalone fashion, re-distributed in a clip art kit, or in a manner where the original items can be extracted from the end design. For example, if you create an editable text template, make sure the illustrations are combined with a background layer and can't be extracted individually by the end user. 
• These illustrations and patterns can be used to create items for sale where the lifetime sales of that product does not exceed 500 units. If you wish to sell more than 500 units, send me an email for a custom license.

Layer Styles for Photoshop and Illustrator

These are also are very versatile products with generous extended use! You can use these for your personal projects, client work, branding design, printables, templates, etc. You can create physical items for sale such as mugs, t-shirts and posters. You can even use these if you create digital products such as illustrations, patterns and templates for sale. See below for a couple guidelines...

• These layer styles are created by creating a pattern overlay, so the product is essentially a pattern, so follow the guidelines below and you will be good! 
• They can be used in an item for sale where it is part of a new and original design. Please keep in mind that they not be used in a standalone fashion, re-distributed in a clip art kit, or in a manner where the original items can be extracted from the end design.
• Please don't create a texture, background or pattern for sale ONLY by applying the layer style to a majority area of the design. The same principle applies, as the value of the product would mainly come from the pattern design (aka layer style), and not by your own unique skill or creativity. Incorporate it into your own unique design, and you are good!

Photoshop and Illustrator Brushes

As TOOLS, these are one of the most versatile products with generous extended use! You can use these for your personal projects, client work, branding design, printables, etc. You can create physical items for sale such as mugs, t-shirts and posters. You can even use these if you create digital products such as illustrations, patterns and templates for sale. See below for a couple guidelines...

• The textures can be used in an item for sale where it is part of a new and original design. Please keep in mind that they not be used in a standalone fashion, re-distributed in a clip art kit, or in a manner where the original items can be extracted from the design or template.
• If you are using it as part of a new pattern design, please be sure it's only part of the new and original pattern design.
• If you're creating a layered template for sale, the artwork is on a fixed layer and not editable or extractable. It needs to be part of a new and original template design, not the main part of it.
• These textures can be used to create items for sale where the lifetime sales of that product does not exceed 500 units. If you wish to sell more than 500 units, send me an email for a custom license.

Ready to post social media templates

You can use these for your personal as well as client projects. Since these are a end product type of design solution, extended use does not apply.
