Since we print every product when it is ordered, we are not able to process returns at this time, unless you receive a defective item. We stand behind our quality, so if this happens, send an email to sales [at] creatorscouture.com and we will replace the item with the same product as long as you contact us within a week of receiving the product. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase.
Digital products are instantly available for download after purchase, so they are not refundable. Please read of all details before ordering your digital product, and make sure you are familiar with working with that file type.

Products and Quality
How do you product your products?
Creators Couture uses a highly reputable drop ship production company located in the Los Angeles area in California to produce and ship all products. They have absolutely the latest printing technology and facilities and an amazing reputation for quality products and on-time delivery. Every product is printed just for you after you order. This allows me to keep the prices fair, quality high, and keep the fresh designs coming all the time!
How is the quality of your products?
We can't very well call our products 'Couture' if the quality isn't top notch, now can we? We use only the best paper, most vibrant ink, and the most well made products to put the designs on. On each product page, you can read specific details about that product and how it's made.
Ordering and Payment
What type of payment methods do you use?
We currently accept payments through all major credit cards as well as paypal
How secure is your store?
Our Store is powered through Shopify. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify.
I have questions before I order, how do I contact you?

I generally will be able to reply to your email very quickly, although in some circumstances it may a few hours or the next business day. My business hours are 9am to 5pm Easter Standard Time.
Can I change something on my order?
If you need to change, cancel or add something to your order, you must do so IMMEDIATELY. We process most orders within 2-5 hours and once it has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes. Please check your order carefully and see our policy on returns and exchanges.
Do you charge taxes?
Because we have a physical presence in California, we are required by law to tax all orders shipped to California. The current rate is 7.5%. Other states will have no additional sales tax added.

Processing and Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
As I show on the chart above, it takes us between 2-5 business days to MAKE your products and get them ready for shipping. This is the processing and fulfillment time. After that, you add the shipping time to that. The cool thing is there are lots of live shipping options available when you check out and you can pick the one that works for you. The shipping rates are set by the production company, but there are good standard options as well as Fedex options! If you chose the standard shipping price, US orders will take 3-5 business days to be delivered after fulfillment, and international orders will take 10-20 business days to arrive after the fulfillment.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer International Shipping using USPS 1st class International. This method has no tracking available. The delivery time is usually 10-20 business days after fulfillment, depending upon the country's customs' policies and procedures.
Will my International Order incur a Customs Fee?
Not all International orders will have a customs fee but some may depending on your country of residence. This depends on size of package, country limits, order value and variety of other factors. Customers will be responsible for any customs fee.
Where is your product shipped from?
The same company that prints our couture products, ships them for us as well. This allows for minimal shipping time around the world. Once the product is done, it's off to your doorstep!
